What is A.I?

In week 2 me and my class were learning about AI! Ai stands for Artificial Intelligent. What I learned about Ai is that Ai can pass information to one person to another.

EXAMPLE: What is the fastest way to go to Chris Hipkins house 221 Blacksmith Rd? Where does Chris Hipkins live? 221 Blacksmith Rd. 

2 girls play Tic Tac Toe and 1 girl uses AI and the other is a professional at Tic Tac Toe. The girl uses the Ai following the instructions on a computer and the other uses her human brain. The girl using the Ai won Tic Tac Toe against her friend. 

What is Media?

In week 1, we were learning about the media. Media is stuff like billboards, newspapers and stuff that give you information. We had activities on a slide that we had to do. After we did the activities, we had a choice to make something about media on Word art, Google drawings or Google sheets. I chose word art. The week after that, we had to make a Scratch project about media.

Life Ed!

Life Eds van came to our school last term. First we met a lady named Kat, then we met Harold the Giraffe. Harold is a puppet Giraffe that has LONG lashes. Then after we met Harold the Giraffe and Kat, we started to talk about leadership and how to be a good leader of your group. Kat put up Leaders and the meanings of each letter. Then we were talking about the Leader in me and Bossy boots. There are lots of photos on the bottom for you to look at. Bossy boots are people that are selfish and think that they get to be in charge of people and the Leader in me is when people include everyone in their group and use everyone’s ideas to make another idea so its fair for everyone. One time we played a game where we had to get in a group and make a circle and we had to hold hands, then we had a hoop hanging on our arms and we had to try to get the hoop around us and to the next person without letting go of each others hands.

 

Film Festival Movie

For all of term 3 all the senior classes have been working on their movies for Film festival. The part that went well was when me and my group agreed on the Genre and how our story of our movie will go. Also editing our movie went well. What went wrong was when some of the people in our group didn’t listen and they mucked around. My highlight was trying to find some costumes that fit my role and having to force some of the people in our group to do their scene but I have a lot of fun. My favourite part of the film was the beginning when they’re doing the role because it shows everyone I’m my group but just not me because I was the missing girl.  If we had to change 1 thing in the film I think I wouldn’t change anything because I think that we did pretty well with our film.

A  9 year old girl goes to school thinking it’s going  to be a normal day. As she went to the bathroom she decided to change her mind to going to the forest not knowing what was gonna happen next. As her classmate romes around the school trying to find her, she finds the forest that the girl entered but the way she came out ended up being the trail to the classroom. The girl ended up finding a way out of the forest to explore more. But things were going to take a turn for the worse…

 

 

 

 

 

Referendum

Today my substitute teacher taught me and my class about the referendum. The referendum is about making choices. Today we had to go on our slides and scroll down to our referendum slide, then we had to put in some questions and answer it by putting a tick in the yes or no box.
